Psalm 24

The ESV (English Standard Version) of the Bible, so entitles it, "The King of Glory". Here we have the celebration of entrance into Jehovah's Land and the description of the One who may enter that Land. 

The psalm finds its truest meaning in the Promised One of the Old Testament, our Lord Jesus Christ. Since He [Christ] has gone before us and has by His perfect righteousness satisfied the Father's Wrath against all sin committed against His [God the Father]  Holy Law and entered into Jehovah's Land as the one with clean hands and a pure heart, we therefore by saving faith in Him [Christ] find that we too can enter into that same Land with a pure heart and clean hands based not upon our own works but upon this King of Glory and His righteous works.

Without this - the Gospel - all is vanity! Here we find 'the blessing of the Lord and righteousness from the God of [our] salvation" (Psalm 24:5). This is my only Hope for this life and the life to come! This truly is the Gospel! Praise God!
